I've been a user researcher for over 10 years. With experience at Meta, Google, fintechs, growth companies and even the construction industry. I've led large scale studies and set up research practices often in new UX teams.
From this experience, I've learned that asking the right questions to define the problem is the first and most critical step (Even though it's the insights that get the glory).
Helping you to ask the right questions is where I feel I can bring you the most value.

The skills needed to do user research and customer discovery are more important than ever before! More research is being done and with the powerful AI tools, making it feel easy.
But that means mastering the basics is also more important than ever before. The biggest risk is getting the insights you want, not the ones you need because you're asking the wrong questions.
I’m on a mission to change that! I want to teach founders, product people and designers how to ask the right questions, run their own customer discovery and user research, and in the end make more confident decisions.
I’ve always loved helping people learn. With over ten years of experience as a user researcher, I'm here to help people learn the skills they need, to get the insights they need.
